Clip2Net is screen capture software with support for both Windows and Mac. The basic idea behind this program is to be able to make quick snapshots of your screen and then upload to the net, hence the name.
Clip2Net happily provides a place for you to host your snapshot so you can share it with the world in places such as forums or chat rooms. The software is flexible in the way it works and gives you the option to take a picture of your entire screen, just a certain area of it or a specific application window that's open.
After taking a picture, you're giving the chance to save the file, add a password to it, add text, various image editing options and more.
Perhaps the best highlight of Clip2Net is it's awesome ability to capture video such as what you might be watching on YouTube. Doing that is simple by selecting "Capture Video" from the taskbar menu, using the cursor to select the area which you'd like to capture and click the Record button at the top of the selected area.
GrabClipSave used to be our favourite screen capture program but with the great ability to capture video, C2N easily takes over that spot.
The bonus of free image hosting just takes the cake. Be sure to sign up for an account if you're planning on using it often.
We also tested this software to be 100% adware/malware free. Check out the link on their web site for the Mac version.Clip2Net features and highlights:
